Suzanne Joubert (1933-2020) devoted a significant part of her life to making room for her personal creative universe, as well as to the exercise and mastery of her work as a painter. His love of the forest and his call to protect it are reflected in his immense talent for revealing its light, beauty and grace where we least expect it. Her work can be found in major public and private collections in Canada and around the world. She was elected to the Royal Canadian Academy of Arts in 2003.
